If you have made a purchase from our online store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
You must notify us in advance of the withdrawal at the e-mail: savopoulosdimitris@gmail.com, at the following telephone number: 2552029469 or on the Product Return Form by filling in your name and your bank account details (bank name, account number – IBAN) in order to refund the money you paid and you must return the products you purchased in the condition in which you received them within 14 days, i.e. with all the manufacturer’s tags, the box packaging unused as well as all the included accessories where they are offered, e.g. extra laces. In the case of returning shoes, it is not allowed to stick packaging labels and tapes on the packaging box. If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return will not be accepted. If it is found that the products have been used, they will be sent back to the customer.
A proof of purchase is also required.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on swimwear and underwear for hygiene reasons.
The costs of the return will be at your expense.
The refund is for the value of the product and not any shipping costs.
RETURN – EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
We accept product returns within 14 days of receipt. Please note that products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unworn and without their tags removed, as well as all accessories included where these are offered, e.g. extra laces, while you bear the return costs. In the case of returning shoes, it is not allowed to stick packaging labels and tapes on the packaging box. If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return will not be accepted. If the return is accepted, after checking the returned product, we will inform you either by phone or by e-mail to the e-mail address you have indicated, on how to process your request.
If you want a refund: In case of purchase with a credit card, the money will be credited back to your card. In case of cash on delivery, please send us your bank account (IBAN and bank name) so that we can deposit the money. Refunds are made within 14 working days of receipt of the product. Please note that any shipping costs you have paid for the delivery of the product are non-refundable. In the event that a refund occurs without the product being defective, then the return costs are at your expense (6€ for Greece & 10€ for Cyprus). Changes are processed after we receive the product within 3-5 business days.
The refund is for the value of the product and not any shipping or cash on delivery costs.
The company is not responsible and has no obligation to compensate for any damage resulting from the cancellation of an order or from the delay in its execution for any reason.

Products can only be returned with the courier company General Post.
In case of money transfer from another bank, you bear the transfer costs of the DIAS system.
